You learn off the website itself! The first thing that loads up on screen is "Free web building tutorials"
Just click on 'Learn HTML' at the top left of the screen and go through it!

Well, yes. You shouldn't have to but unfortunately you do need to know a little bit about it. I suggest you do learn HTML anyway. It's dead easy, and it's a really good skill.
