Whats all this about?

I saw an advert for JP3 on the underground over the weekend. I think it said it was out this friday.

Anyone know any details?

As Ive said before all I know is that there will be no T-Rex's in it but the biggest most dangerous dinosaur ever - Some 150 foot monster of somesort!!
Im really looking forward to this film actually - It cant be as bad as The Lost World was, surely!!

I didn't think he directed number 3.

I think I heard something about JP 4 being made... only this time, Stevie won't direct it.

Well, that makes all the difference.

Its got the fabulous William H Macy in it - always worth a look.

While I'm not looking forward to the film really (the excited pre-teen in me that loved JP will force a viewing) I'm a tad dissappointed that it isn't based in another Crichton novel. Why? Simply because he always makes good fodder for some mindless pick-up put-down beachtime holiday reading :)

Major worry film-wise - direced by ILMs Joe Johnstone. Definetly should be able to aid in the special effects side of the shoot, but his credentials as a director? Young Indiana Jones: Spring Break Adventure, Jumanji, The Pagemaster... The Rocketeer for goodness sake!!!

Harldy instills you with confidance... espically when coupled with the unexperienced writing team (though Election's Jim Taylor did some work on it) and the reportedly woefull test screenings.

I think you have watched the advert too many times Bonus. Yea the TV ad looks greet and makes it look like a brilliant film but then the advert for Scream 2 was good but the film wasn't so I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Special previews 19th July
Release 20th July

This film looks absolutely brilliant. Dr. Allan Grant is conned into returning to the original Island where the dinosaurs are still running wild, and they are in a fight to survive against dinosaurs more intelligent than man has ever imagines!!

Apparently it has some dinosaurs in it.

Those guys are in danger of becoming typecast.
