There a new hand-held doing the rounds, getting peoples attention, and it's actually being created by a UK company. Tiger Telematics.

And what's this hand-held called...

Gizmondo!

What sort of stupid name is THAT!?!

And take a look at some pics of the thing :-

Also, here's the official site for it :-

What do people think of this new hand-held endevour? Is it going to over saturate the hand-held market?
Soon we'll have the GBA, GBA-SP, NDS, PSP, Gizmondo, and GBA2... meh, toooo many!

From what I've read, it'll have nothing to rival the GP32.

Add the fact that the GP32 hasgot one of teh strongest followings I've ever seen for a handheld console, I can't help but love it.

I mean, come on! Free SNES emulation! WITH SOUND!

It's amazing, you people. Ask Dreamwarbird or Hercules!

I think this has the possibility of being like the GP32. Based on Windows technology and such.

The one interesting this about this hand-held is that it has GPS. Could be an interesting 'do everything' console.

It's fecking mazing.

Just connect it to your PC, put the emus and stuff on, and play. It takes SMC's, which you can stuff basically anything onto.

It's even got a proper port of Doom and stuff.

Mine cost 80 quid pre-Christmas.

It isn't the FLU version, though...

But still - yey.

The GP32 is eaisly the best handheld on teh market.

SNES and Megadrive (and basically anything before that era) emulated on it, MP3's and movies on the go, along with many, many homebrew games.

And a GBA emulator on the way.

It just looks like an alternate design for the PSP

The first two pictures looked great but when they showed the whole console it looked ugly.

Well when GBA2 comes out (if it's not the DS), then the GBA and GBASP won't count anymore, so it'll just be 3 handhelds. And the Gizmodo one looks rubbish.
