The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
We need to get this and the games forum moving. Lets get it on!
evilpb : This guy hides in the shadows, he hardly ever posts, but he'll read everything and jump in whenever a rule is broke.
pb : Everyone knows this guy by his first name. He's extremely friendly and kind. Is always making new threads and posts and loves the whole community.
Just think It's time for me to go back to 'normal' status, especially as I don't understand the role! ;¬) and let others have a go if they want.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] *Sonic Chris shoots, and he's brought it level!*

:D I'm just messing, but why are you so worried Hmmm? I don't think you and pb and the rest will lose your role as moderators. It's about new guys coming in.
I've removed a number of 'strange' posts in the past, but am more than happy to leave that to the Staffies and return to being a normal(ish!) member when you make your changes.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] And in the case of Machie's post it is basically correct. You have to look at this forum as different than the normal "roles" etc.
There will be a moderator mix up, and the primary role of the moderator will require some extra effort in order to try and improve their relative section. Pretty much like Machie said.
There s not much need for the "dictionary" moderator as you state, (even though that is technically their role) as the staffie's do pick up most of deleting etc.

That's not how I see things :¬P
One that moderates, as:
~ One that arbitrates or mediates.
~ One who presides over a meeting, forum, or debate.
I thought it was ALL the forum members that create posts etc. etc. ???
NB. The Forum Moderators thread seemed to go totally off topic (sic).
Can someone provide an update as to what (if anything) is changing. NB. I haven't 'applied' for anything...
[s]Hmmm...[/s] So if you want to be a moderator of the Chat forum, you better make some good threads and try and get people chatting. If you're a moderator of the Review forum. Find ways to encourage new users to sign up and make their own reviews.
At least that is what I think the moderators should do, especially now as we hardly get any spammers like we use to,
