Sorry but i'm p***ed off at Halo 2 littering the Xbox forum. So i'm making yet another one (sorry) which will be used for everything Halo 2 related such as:

Halo 2 Questions
Any Halo 2 Links
General Halo 2 chat
Your Opinions on the game
You can even set up Xbox Live games with people when the game hits the shelves (whooppee)

And I will post any and all current info on Halo 2

P.S. Please use this as the main HALO 2 TOPIC forum so hundreds of 'halo' thread don't clog up the, erm 'wonderful' Xbox forum

Danke

Just as long as there is a level a bit like Boarding Action. That and snipers is like the ultimate multiplayer experience.

The automatic chat off thingy sounds good. And it's additions.

Some nice additions(ta) there, but i think ive grown to love RS3 style deathmatches to Quake arena style deathmatches.

See how it is when it comes out.

Some decent stuff: Some old, some new:

1. The proximity chat works like real life and in the books, if you talk normally people in the area will hear you but if you open a channel with your team you only need to press the white button and talk and then the channel will close approximately 1 second after you finish talking. which removes the annoyance of holding down the white button, cool eh?

2. The party feature is looking mint. an example: we can get from 2-8 SR/friends people into a party room then go from game to game with the games we go to checking who has the best connection and if it is one of the people in the party it changes to them or whatever. God bless bungie. It's going to be so easy to play :)

3. The wraith (the purple machine that fired energy up into the air and came down on you from afar.) is now drivable but is freakin’ slow. imagine coming around the corner and seeing that b!tch sitting there. :|

Some nice stuff thar.

A chore, but alrite...

I really thought it was going to be naff. But Bungie have bothered to introduce some rather over the top but cool elements into it. I guess its one of the main reasons Xbox console owners are still keeping their Xbox. It had to be good. A chore, but one of those rather fun ones. Like washing your own brand new car.

I can't see how you can say that after saying it's like 'a chore' to play.

If I felt any game was a chore to be play it would be in the bin quicker than you can say 'Skies is the best game ever'.
