Fast and the Furious 3: Tokyo Drift

Its rubbish really. The story is pathetic and the set pieces are unbelievable (the Japanese Yakuza settling a problem with some punk kid by having a car race? I dont think so), but the only reason you would go to see this film is for the cars anyway and the races all look great. It was as fun to watch as the other two, possibly even better than #2 and there is a nice surprise at the end for fans of the series.

If you are wanting some great acting, a heart wrentching story and some brilliantly detailed drama, then this isnt for you. If you want Japanese girls in short skirts driving customised sports cars then I think you'll love it.

Battle Royale: Really original in its idea, some good parts and some bits that are just really weird, 8/10 good movie.

Home Alone: Another movie for children that even most of the adults love, its just fantastic. Joe Peschi and Macauley make the movie for me. Really funny. 9/10

Gladiator: Master piece is what comes to mind. Probably Russell Crowes best performance on screen. Jaquin Phoenix delivers a great performance as the emperor. If you haven't seen this where have you been? 10/10

The Da Vinci Code : Wasn't bad, overrated though. As was the book, in my opinion the worst of Brown's books. I'd say 6 / 10

Stormbreaker : If it wasn't quite so 'pc', strictly sticking with its PG labelling; showing a jellyfish as some rope on a bag.. it may have been better. As it was, it was like 'Donald Duck does spy'. I'm just annoyed because it tampered with the book to add in ridiculous, pointless scenes. Overall maybe 5/10 (being generous)

The Machinist - really good movie with Christian Bale playing an insomniac, highly recommended, er thriller? 8/10

The Illusionist - Another really good movie. Decided to check it out as the Magician theme of The Prestige got me interested. Ed Norton puts on yet another fine performance. 8/10

Good, non-threatening, light-hearted family entertainment. Quite enjoyed it. The people at Disney seem to love Elvis too. :)

Hmmm, I liked it but then I expected it to be fights and zombies followed by more fights and zombies etc. :D

I was hoping for something that was at least watchable, like the first one. Apocalypse was truly awful and I'd rather have watched the cut-scenes from the games. At least they had some style

Next to Happy Feet it's complete ass.

It's a popcorn-guzzling zombie movie, we're you expecting a Romero masterpiece?

At-least it isn't boring like the Matrix sequels.

It looks crap and cliched.

I'd rather see Gibson's short rather remake of Schindler's List.
