The biggest FFVII remake petition on the site with over 2100 signatures.

You all know this is one of the greatest games ever, and truly deserves revamping for the current/next generation.

Please sign it - who knows, something might actually come of it...

FF7-2 or some such prequal/thing/FF7 related TRUE GOOD FF game on GC = me in delirium

So they can make the biggest impact with the least work?

That's the thing - like with Mario 128 they say they are 'deciding which platform will suit it' or some such rubbish (I think).

I'm not sure what they're doing with Before Crisis - why a mobile phone game? Why not make it for GBA at least?

If anyone doesn't know, Before Crisis is a prequel to VII focusing on the Turks and the stories of 2 new trainees that'll appear on mobile phones. So obviously won't see much sucess out of Japan.

But Seph was dead before way before the main VII story, so the argument doesn't really make any sense.

Heard this thing about a FFVII-related GameCube game?
Possibly a remake, possibly sequel / prequel.

I love the fact Square have decided to expand the VII story and world. Probably because all they've come up with since then hasn't been anywhere near as good.

What with Advent Children and Before Crisis and the GC game, the VII story will swell once again. Yummy.

Maybe it's because it would be easier to remake if it had teh same system that the original was created with.
And stuff.
That i'm talking about but don't a tually have a clue about.

I dont know if thats the exact words though, the guy said something to do with backwards compatibility and Ps3 and Ps1.

Am i missing something, why would the backwards compatability have anything to do with it, unless they were just on about a re-release ?
