It's looking good :)
The chances of finding someone with a DS and the same game is bleak.
Still, if you're going on a school trip or on holiday with a friend/s then you could all organise to bring the multiplayer classics and the like...
You know... :-)
It's not quite going to change the multiplayer gaming handheld world but it's a huge step up from link cables.

You have to admit that it is extremely unlikely that you would find someone on the tube who
a) has a DS with them, on standby
b) has the same game as you
c) is going to be on the tube for long enough to play a decent game
d) actually wants to play a game
Maybe you'd get lucky if you were on a long train journey somewhere, but I doubt you'd play wireless on the tube.

When I worked in London I spent just under an hour on a tube there and back a day...
People play GBA's on them all the time.

It could also be over £100.

The DS has one. But no analogue stick = no good.
The GBA2? Maybe. But no second screen. A picture can mean a thousand words. And it'll be good as a connection/organising interface while the main screen plays the game.

I have one or two friends to play wireless multi with, but yeah I can't rely on them.
This inter web thingamy though, is something I have connected to my broadband router. So I could take the DS anywhere in the house and play anyone in the world at Perfect Dark... except for one problem...
NO SODDING ANALOGUE STICK!!!
I'm getting too old for all this gaming malarky anysway. :-)
