I got a cube today and I am kinda looking for advice on games to purchase. I recieved Mario Kart: DD and F-Zero GX with it as I like racers and those two games are superb. I also like Shoters, RPGs and Sports games.

If you like that kind of game, its definately one of the highlights of the genre. Made by Treasure, it's the spiritual sequel to the Saturn hit Radiant Silvergun.
If you can pick it up for £20, I'll evny you.
Unfortunately, not that many copies of it were made so, unfortunately, it's quite hard to pick a copy up nowadays, and online is probably your only bet.
> Too slow, too easy, AI is too poor.
I'll conceed (sp?) that, butin Time Trial it is still amazing, especially whilst competing with people online. Me and ashman had a quite spectacular battle over Bowsers Castle, I remember.

Sounds extraordinary. I played footie and Gamecube pretty much all day today and didn't win once in Mario Kart. So Andy is definitely half-decent! Either that, or I'm bO11Ocks! ;-D

Aaaaaargh!!! I'm really annoyed now!

heh. ;-D
Though yes, in multiplayer it remains as fun as ever.
Farewell for now!
> Wow, now it is bordering on 'Possibly/Definitely'! ;-D
It's got a co-op mode as well, which makes it, like, 20% better, especially when playing with someone who's half decent. You learn the patterns of the waves, it becomes embedded in your mind and stuff. I seriously regret selling it.
> Honestly? *slaps head*
Yeah, it wasn't very well advertised, though, so only the lucky ones were able to pick one up. Of course, the dreamcast acusations flew about, as per usual

Ah, good, I had this impression of two blokes arguing over who was having it on the Friday of Paper Mario 2s release...
> You... you... fiend!
Took the words right out of my mouth.. well ... actually.. they meant something like this: 'You fuckker' minus the second 'k'. So I guess both insulting words began with the same letter so techinally you took the words rig...
I'll shut up now.

Yeah, the price plays a part too.

Honestly? *slaps head*

No, I live with 3 mates in a flat in Glasgow. Two of them (Alex, John) are Sony Fanboys and me and Andrew are Ninty Dudes.

You... you... fiend!
> Hmmm... Sounds Good. Yes, I have played Gradius before and loved it.
> I'll look into it.
It pummels Gradius into the ground, seriously. Much better, much more imaginative and far, far more impressive. The dark/light thing will seriously blow your mind...
> It looks good and it's Luigi, fer god's sake! That will be purchased

For a tenner, it's a superb game. Anything more and you'll regret it, though.

You realise Index were selling them at £40 a pop a couple of weeks ago? And how on earth are you 'sharing' it? Weekends each or something?
