I say balck and white. It promised so much but lets us down with its repetative gameplay, and LIONHEAD,where is the fun factor.(please note=this is my personal opinion)
so what games were lame
> Microsoft Train Simulator
MTS is actually one of the greatest games ever released on any console/PC/format. It's a thrilling sim from start to finish, and it goes on forever. Bring it on Microsoft!
I can't wait for the Microsoft Lawnmower Simulator, or the Microsoft Watching Paint Dry Simulator, due for release any day now. Can I get them on import already? Can I?
Carmeggedon: good on the PC, undescribeable on the N64.
I'm being purely serious saying that the SNES could of done better.
Charlie Blas**t's Territory: Supposed to be an above average game on other consoles: hair-rippingly sh*t on the N64.
Fantavision: What is the bleedin' point in a game shooting fireworks eh?
The lis**t goes on and on.
Barbie Race and Ride (PSX): Could have been SO much more, but with no guns, no special moves, no graphics and no gameplay, BRAR was always on a losing streak.
Shenmue (DC): Bland, boring mindless Japanese hokum RPG fare, you'll only like it if you are either:
(a) a forklift driver
(b) Japanese
(c) a Japanese forklift driver.
Phantasy Star Online (DC): Hyped as an RPG game, it's just a regular beat 'em up albeit with stunning graphics. Disappointing from the point of view that it is NOTHING like it's predecessors in the Phantasy Star series, a big let down for RPG fans.
Golden Axe (Megadrive): A 'perfect' arcade port to the 16-bit console. It just reminded you why you never bothered to play it in the arcades in the first place.
Nintendo (95% of formats/games): Essentially, with all those developers working for them and all that power at their disposal, could they ever produce a game that I would like? No, muddy graphics and kiddy gameplay predominate in the ninty world, not my style.
Not all games are for everyone.

Hey I just thought I'd put that I played on the game none stop for a month. I didnt install the game, play it for a couple of days and then give up on it. I checked the timer and it said that I have played the game for 20 hours. I personally think that 20 hours is putting in rather alot when I still havent enjoyed it.
Maybe its just because it runs very slow on my PC or I must have expected too much from the game. But it is a god game, which is a cross between a managment, simulation and RTS game, my 3 fave genres, in fact all that I have, thats why I'm so dissapointed with it.
I think that I've just expected too much especially considering I had to fork out £35 for it.
see ya Ben
