"Your best Pokemon Game?"

I know some of the games are a bit dated but they were still good when they first came out so which one is your best and why?

Pokemon Gold/Silver

Because it was the first game that made everything slightly easier without messing up the whole experience eg. You can press SELECT to get onto a bike quicker, you had much more room in youyr bag/pack thingy.

It doesn't HAVE to be the Pokemon games on the GBA.

I really liked the Day/Night system in Gold/Silver (why hasn't that been in any of the other games?) but overall I'd have to say the originals are the best. Ash, the world of Kanto as it originally was, the old gym leaders.. Maybe Fire/Leaf will top them for me, we shall see.

Pokémon Yellow

I've never catched them all, cant be bothered.

Blue/Red.
Because it was the only one I could be bothered to "catch 'em all" on.
