ok i got the titans expasion a few days ago and i tryed going online but for some reason it says " error occord retriveing contry information " what do i do to make it work ? or dose anyone knoe the tecnical suport email for microsoft? please help!

Most likely a problem with either the server or a patchable problem if you have to register in-game.
no the contry list isnt comeing up so i cant put my details in correctly
Check the game manual it should have a support line, but it'll cost you. As for your problem, are you sure you're entering all your details correctly?
