ok i got the titans expasion a few days ago and i tryed going online but for some reason it says " error occord retriveing contry information " what do i do to make it work ? or dose anyone knoe the tecnical suport email for microsoft? please help!

we have brodband dose that help?

first question:dont understand wat a router is
secon question: yes i have xp prof
last question: you register on the game on the main menu i click on multiplayer then new acount then the error happens its been happening for about 2 months

When I read your first post I immediately though 'firewall' but based on what else you've said, I don't think that's it.
Having said that, I don't have a clue what's going on so we might as well follow that up;
Can you answer yes to any of these questions (well obviously you can, but be truthful);
Do you connect to the internet through a router?
Do you have Windows XP?

Oh and list what icons you see down by the clock.


Is this an in game registration or do you do it via a webpage?
Could be that it's a server fault and therefore not a problem at your end, like gerrid said.

yeah that exactly it, theres an error that happens when the computers getting the list

I'm not really following here, so there's a dropdown menu for country but there are no countries filled in?

ok when i try to make an new account then a new window pops up that says

unknown error uccurrd while retriving conty information

and i drop down the list and the is no contrys there and all feild are required

Tell us exactly what happens when you do what.
When does the error come up? And does it have any more info on it other than the country information thing?

ive tryed downloading the lateist patch but nothing else happens

and all the telephone numbers are for the usa and canada
