ok i got the titans expasion a few days ago and i tryed going online but for some reason it says " error occord retriveing contry information " what do i do to make it work ? or dose anyone knoe the tecnical suport email for microsoft? please help!

I've had this before when I was using a no-cd crack. Make sure you're not using one.

You could try disabling Norton.
If you could get someone else to make an account that should work.

Doesn't sound like you've got a software firewall installed and hardware ones don't usually cause so much trouble in my experience, so it's probably not that.
