"Short Story Competition"

Hello there.

Me and my chum Venombyte were just chatting about the closure of the last story. We've come to the conclusion that we need more writers... and since there are a lot more people on here than there were half a year ago, I think it's time to try and encourage more people to write.

So, we've come up with the idea of a short story competition... it's a nice little idea, that should get more people writing, so we have a good idea of their talents.

This also applies to the CURRENT writers. I.E. Me, Pb, Meka, Ant... so on. You can write a story too.

If you're interested in this, please state so below/above, so I've got a good idea of figures. Then... I'll think of what you can write about. :0)

It's very early on in production though, a lot of work still needs to be done.

Thats way out of order Dave. I know alot of people stay on this site alot but that is because it is really good and it is worth staying on.

Im generally not on this site a great deal, usually a hour or so after 7 on weekdays and a few hours at weekends.

Saying things like that will not go down well.

Nope the story worked better if no one died. Lol @ SNiper though I didn't realise that was a written law yet I... :P

I got an image in my head that it had to happen. It's now 7 pages long in Word and finished and I now have to edit a few things and check for mistakes.

It's kind of an unwritten law that Sniper must die in all stories.

Oh, and a creative forum would be a bad idea because no-one would read them.
