There have been some rumours going about that the next bond will be:

a)Russell Crowe
b)Matthew Perry???????(WHY)
c)Robbie Williams
d)Colin Wells (stand in for Bronson screen tests)
e)Gerard Butler (Crew member in Tommorow Never Dies)
f)Cuba Gooding Jr.

I believe that Russell Crowe would be the best bond, although Pierce Bronson is one of the best bonds and should not retire after the 20th Bond (2002).

Russell Crowe has the image to fit the next bond, very successful and probably will attract more attention after doing a great job on Gladitor.

Vote who u believe should be bond!
Add any others if u want!

Dougray Scott sounds like a good candidate to me.

No doubt Robbie Williams will once again express how much he wants to be the next Bond.
BUT
I think Blair should do it. He has the English accent and the money (raised his salary today) and the charm (Leo in his 40s *cough*..).

He could go on missions such as sort out the NHS.

The perfect Bond.. what do you think. :)

How about a big CGI Rabbit called Brian.

That way, you get the kids, the special effect happy morons that dont want anything else, animal lovers and the regular Bondphiles.

And the end of movie love scene would be certainly worth watching.

How about Ainsley Harriot for the next bond?? I think it would do wonders to begin his acting carreer.

Id really like to see Kevin Spacey as a villan though. Man that would make for some good viewing.

Bond should never be laid to rest. The James Bond films are more of a series that should not end (at least not yet).

Choosing the next James Bond is going to be difficult.
Robbie Williams has already asked to be the next James Bond and he was turned down, so that's not going to happen.

To be honest, nobody comes to mind at the moment of anybody who can take over the role of James Bond. It's a hard role to fill.

How about showing the thousands of children he helped create and then ditch in favour for his adventurous lifestyle?

Personally, I think that Bond should be laid to rest. Bond has lost all his style in the recent films -he's just like any other action movie character. I think Bond as he originally was just doesn't appeal to modern audiences so he's been turned into a simple generic hero.

I think Bond would only work now if they went for a realistic, gritty portrayal. They should take away the gadgets and gizmos and show Bond for what he is -an ageing, lonely man at the end of his career who has nothing but alcohol and cheap sex to make his life worth living!

Bond's got to be British - I heard Hugh Grant's keen
(Maybe he's too british)
