Although the N64 is supposedly dead or Dying it is being regenerated through increased sales in second hand games. Nintendos sales are still remaining at a reasonably high rate for an ageing console and this is partially due to increased supply of these games. Although there are still some great games such as excitebike and Conkers:BFG which you will still buy brand new there are many classics still out there which many shops no longer sell such as the exelent snowboard kids which i got for £12 or Worms for £10 just yesterday i Found a copy of resident evil for an unbelievebly low £10. Just as you think your favourite games console is dying you will find that it has a life still left in it. These older games can keep you occupied for hours and can keep you going for a low price whilst waiting for the new games to come out.

Game aint too bad somtimes for 2nd games. I got mario kart 64 for £6 from there which is a pritty good deal. However somthin which i thought was a bit of a pi$$take was Driver1 for £15.

Eb and Game arnt over-priced compared to anything else on the highstreet. everyone on the highstreet sells games at the same price.(if anyone is lower they do a price match) Toys R us is pritty good for games however. They sold DK64 for £50 when it was £60 everywhere else. At the moment they are selling Banjo-tooie £40, its £50 in EB and game. And they originally sold Pokemon yellow for £20 when £25 in EB and game.

But end of the day its always cheaper on the web.

what?!?!?!?!? EB and GAME are the WORST places for 2nd hand games too! Try going to your local independant games seller! They give u more for old games (alot more!), and sell 2nd hand games for less.

How do they make money? Well, they just make less profit per 2nd hand game... but these are the places where most hardcore gamers go (and hardcore gamers buy and sell a disproportioantely hiigh number of games)(

odd how all the stores that you have names are the most overpriced places about! (Except for on the web!)

Well the main places to get games(EB,Game,on the web) still stock N64 games in sufficient quantity to satisfy us. The only places that have stopped stocking N64 games are places like Blockbuster, supermarkets and the like. i never buy games from these types of places anyway.

Tony Hawks did get a UK release, but only in very limited numbers - my local EB said they only ever had one copy of it in.

I thought I read that Tony Hawks 2 wasn't being released over here - maybe I was imagining it.
