Couple of other crimes I'm interested in what the worst case scenario is. You might know that East London is famous (or at least round here it is) for having "green" houses, which are literally filled with cannabis. Some mates stole 4kg of the stuff from some Chinese who live there. What's the worst that can happen if you are found to have nicked all this stuff? And is CS gas illegal? What about a screwdriver if you can't prove it's not an offensive weapon?
Meh, it can be handy legislation, but I never nicked anyone for it alone. It was usually after a crime was committed so you'd be nicking them for both burglary and going equipped.
It could be argued that it was written to back-up the stop-search powers.

Actually I beat you both with talk of 'going equipped'.
big chavin it large rings work just as well, and i doubt you can be arrested for wearing them.

Yeh. It's huge and solid too. £30 a 'duster. They look pretty sick actually.

My godfather deals in antique Scottish weaponry. He owns a 1600's punch dagger. The thought of it makes my skin crawl.
