I have a single 512mb piece of RAM and a Fx5200 currently sitting in my computer.

They want to be replaced by two 512mb pieces of RAM and a 6800.

How do I do this?

Forgot to plug the power thing in. Doh!

A loud squealing told me something was wrong. Realise what I did, plugged in. All is fine.

I've had that problem before, and it looked in, and the clips went down as well, but it wasn't. And hence didn't work.

So I took one out, put it back in, and now all is fine.. Er.

Yeh, why do you think it is called dual channel memory?

You could also have them in "Channel A DIMM 1" "Channel B DIMM 1" if you wanted.

I'm sure it won't make a hell of alot of difference if it's wrong. But i'd like for it to be the bestest.
