I can't wait until this miniture craze hits everything else. The thought of a bunch of gadget kids sitting at home with a 4 inch widescreen TV makes up for having all these crappy products shoved down your throat.

That's the sort of thing I was thinking of, personally I probably have just stuck it in a small bag for sunglasses as that'd keep it from harm.

But it's over-priced junk anyway.

If I bought something that expensive, I'd get a plastic wallet for it to slip into, as I did with my imported mini-disc remote control :D No way was that getting damaged, not when it was immensely difficult and expensive to get hold of.

I've managed to bend a store card I put in my front jeans pocket so I wouldn't want to have anything with a screen in there

Probably sounds dodgy but meh.

Well I carry my glasses around in my trouser pocket and they've never been damaged in any way. There's nothing wrong with carrying fragile items in pockets, but you'd have to be pretty stupid (or obese) to manage to sit on them.

My creative touch stays in my jeans pocket. Although that isn't that small.

One again it seems these people have little common-sense. Buttons and zips scratch things.

Yep agreed, I'm not defending the product in anyway (personally it seems like over-priced crap to me), just saying if you put something flimsy in a place where it's likely to get bent then it doesn't take a genius to realise bad things might happen. :)

I don't think people are complaining because the device can "bend" (can it?)

They're complaining because the screen is easily scratched after being say, placed in a pocket or something.

Not many items of clothing have a top pocket.

Doesn't really change the fact it's an utterly pointles contraption, much like the GBA Micro, although at least you can put that in your pocket.
