Well considering it's about 1mm thick I'm not surprised.
Who would be so stupid as to put something expensive and flimsy like that in their trouser pocket? Top pocket maybe, but generally a bag of somesort makes the most sense.

But..isn't that what these small devices are designed for?
If I'm going to have to carry an I-Pod around in a bag then I'd just get a normal sized one.
If you put it anywhere where it's likely to get bent then it's your own fault if it breaks.
Doesn't really change the fact it's an utterly pointles contraption, much like the GBA Micro, although at least you can put that in your pocket.
They're complaining because the screen is easily scratched after being say, placed in a pocket or something.
