"The Football Accumulator Thread"

Right, i know some of you guys are not keen football fans so probably not a great thread for you - sorry.

However, for the few of us that enjoy football, i thought this could proove to be fun!

I love doing football Accumulators and very often, well actually never, have i won a bet of one. So to try help me spending all my hard earned cash i thought we could play a game. These are the rules (and even people who know nothing about football can play!)

Each week i will post the fixtures for the premier league on here.
From them you choose 4 games and say how it will go.
Getting 3 out of the 4 correct grants you a point.
Getting all 4 will get you 3 points.

Simple, right! I will of course keep a list on here and update the scored of the people playing.
So let me know if your interested in playing along. Fun game to keep me occupied and may actually help me finally win a bet!

I have mentioned on here before that I refuse to bet on Chelsea regardless of the game or possible reward. It's tempting fate which I won't do.

And McLong, stop moaning. I apologised. You've been crying for a day now :D

Right i am now updating the scored for the past few weeks and will say that we now do 4 games.

3 correct = 1 point
4 correct = 3 points

If this fails to get a few more points then we will drop down, but i think most people are getting 3 correct so this should get things going and there are a few people with a point now lol!

The only consilation i can offer you McLong is that Burnley stopped him getting 3 points ;) And the fact that he didn't back Chelsea to win shows he has no belief in his own team- perhaps (although they are top of the table). I'm a Liverpool supporter, what would i know about being at the top LOL :P

Just so you are all aware. I've just returned from the pub with Warhunt, where, not only did his team (Chelsea) beat my team (Man U), but he also slapped me round the head when they scored AND reckons he got a point from his predictions this weekend.

Any chance of disqualifying him?
