dunno really, they said it's because I had already opened the seal on the Battlefront seal so therefore they're taking Ł5 admission and giving me Ł25.99 in vouchers.
It's really stupid but the game was so bad that it was worth losing Ł5.

okay, yeah i'm getting iinto the secret team rocket base on island five at the moment, but i don't know where the second password is yet, don't help me as i want to find it for myself.

I think you have to do the ruby/sapphire plates thing to allow trading with R/S/Collessum before you can get in.
