Darn, if my first choice sub had been Barry Ferguson instead of Tuncay, I would have 68 points instead of 65. Not bad, considering that none of my strikers scored.

Also, a clean sheet for Kromkamp is good.
They've both been more defensive under Luxemburgo. They're supposed to get forward, that's what the full back positions are for. Admittedly though, Carlos isn't great defensively and Salgado is clumsy/deliberately dirty. Still, they've got rid of Samuel, so they should be seeing less cards this season.
Yeah, but Carlos and Salgado spend more time in the opposition half. It's not that they don't have a defence, they don't have a defensive ethic.

Aaaargh, you're like that bloke from ITV. "Real are still top heavy" - they spent more on defence than attack in the transfer period! In attack, they bought Baptista and Robinho, bringing up Soldado and De la Red (I think he's quite attacking) from the B team. Plus they let Owen go. In defence, they bought Sergio Ramos, Carlos Diogo, Pablo Garcia, and Woodgate is back to fitness. Then there's Gravesen who was bought in January. They do have a defence, honest!
