0-2 to England.

But Sven will change the formation before the Ireland game because he want's to "experiment".

Like he's not been doing that since he took over.

England have the potential to play fantastic football... but we don't. We play sloppy football and players playing out of position all over the park.

I hope Owen lights things up again.

And a goal normally does turn up, and so we win.

Another abysmal England performance. What the hell is it with us at the moment? We start brightly and then just think we have a God-given right to win the game and start playing slow tempo, sloppy football expecting a goal to turn up because we're the better team.

Lampard and Cole were both crap today. SWP was the best player on the park and why he was brought off is beyond my comprehension. Idiocy.

He played well but clearly ignored the game plan.

Especially Joe cole in the second half.

What? The first post was a prediction, not a final score - it was 1-0

Why the bloody hell does Sven INSIST on playing Hargreaves EVERY game?

Has he not realised yet that Hargreaves is a pile of poo??

Gah. Bring on Carrick.

Disagree. Wright-Phillips did very well, he certainly was wide enough, Beckham delivered plenty of through balls to him in the final third where he was just feet from the touch line. Cole however was disappointing - Lucky goal from a deflection.

Highlights for me: Gerrard, Beckham and Wright-Phillips.
