i have found myself a little job in a cafe working on weekends £4.50 an hour; excellent for my age really!!! (14yrs)
well wish me luck lol but bloody nervous!
thanks for all of you who gave me ideas really helped!!!
I am older than you.
But I can bet you don't get too bored at your job.
I usually stand in teh bakery, I serve people at the counter, when there's no-one there (Saturday's, there's about 10 customers between 5 and 9, when it closes), I slice bread, put it in a bag, shove a label on it and put it on a shelf.
Your job is probably harder, but mine's is boring as hell.

I think being in the music job i get my phraseology from songs.
"Don't Get No" has to be in some song
Anyways, for my awful phraseology I Apologise ! I'm sorry !

Lol, 15, never mind!
Im 18 in July
I get £5 an hour whatever, but the advantage of your job is that you get 6 hours straight one after the other, whereas with mine i have to:
-Leave home and get to the place (30 mins)
- Set up equipment (20 mins)
- Do Disco (1 Hour/1 and a half hours/2 Hours)
- Pack up Equipment (15 mins)
-Go to next disco (anything from 5 mins to 1 hour)
- Set up equipment (20 mins)
- Do Disco (1 Hour/1 and a half hours/2 Hours)
- Pack Up Equipment (15 mins)
- Go home (anything from 5 mins to 1 hour)
and i only get paid for the bold bits.
So say both discos were 2 hours, i would be out for potentially over 7 and a half hours and i would get £20

Argh! Awful phraseology
I don't think anyone really believes you're 17

You haven't told us what you do, and I never told you what I do at Sainsbury's, so you don't really know if it is or not.
I probably am older than you anyway, when do you turn 18?
Also, you probably get paid more than me - 4.02 an hour as standard.
