Window mode is fine, I tend to play at 1024*768 so I can see what's going on in other apps at the same time.

What GFX card you getting?
Edit: Looking at a few reviews it seems it is 12ms, and an updated version of Tyla's 1710, we you gave huge praise to in my last thread months ago. Right now to find out about my dodgy GFX card :S
Edit2: Just wondering, since there's no way I can run games at that max resolution, i'll be using Windowed mode? Will that not result in the window being very small if i run it at say 800x600? Probably a dumb question...
Edit 3: I've also noticed in a couple of reviews that people have commented on the black level.
TomsHardware - "The black level is abnormally high, which has a strong negative impact on contrast."
Ebuyer comment - " The display is lighter at the bottom of the screen when showing pure black"
Strange thing is on more recent reviews on Ebuyer, people couldnt recommend it highly enough...

My card is a Radeon9200, not exactly modern, but neither is this monitor - its got to be about 10years old. My bro has the same card, and a newer monitor and has the same options, could be to do with set-up i suppose...

Reading reviews on Amazon, it seems that even at 1024x768 the screen still performs very well. I'll pick one up tomorrow and I can always take it back.
Final question, I dont have to run all my games in the top resolution do I? My GFX card can barely handle 1024x768...
I can't think of a single modern graphics card that isn't technically capable of 2048x1536+
It's possible that your monitor doesn't support more than 1024x768 and therefore the option is hidden.
I've never heard of 'Video Seven'. It's probably alright, but I wouldn't expect anything groundbreaking.
