My Bro is looking for a new digi camera, and I've decided to get a nice flat monitor for Uni, so if anyone could do the leg-work and dig up and old thread, or make me recommendations in the £150 bracket, with lowest ms possible, for games playing. Again many thanks.

It came yesterday and I have to say, WOW! The inbuilt speakers are excellent and save me more space. It runs games in windowed mode brilliantly and the silver just looks incredibly good. Another good thing is that Ebuyer just refunded their first mistake, tho' i've still got one sitting on the floor of my room waiting for Ebuyer to arrange pickup. Since I keep getting cut off when I ring up, i've had to leave an e-note, which won't be answered for 7 days. Last time I left one, i got a generic responce that said "We're sure your problem is sorted by now" and they closed the e-note. 'Tards.
Right it's been ordered, lets hope I dont have any problems this time. Just been comparing it to the 1710/1730 and spec-wise theyre almost similar. Except the 1730 had the appealling 12ms. The one I ordered only has 16ms. But since Tyla said there's no problems with gaming on the 16ms 1710, i think the one will be OK. Now i've just got to be lucky and avoid the dead-pixels...
This one has everything I need, but it seems a bit strange that the native resolution is 1024x768?

Edit: Hmm the max resolution is listed in the extended spec, so its probably just a typing error. Tis a nice monitor regardless.

Looking elsewhere i've found this using the kelkoo filters, anywhere else I should be looking?

I take back what I just said in my previous post. The delivery guy has just been to deliver what was supposed to be the B version, but turned up with another bloody S version. So much for my confidence in them getting it right the second time.
In fairness it's been organised reasonably well now. They've arranged pickup of the wrong one at the same time they're delivering what is meant to be the correct one, which is meant to be sometime today...
aria.co.uk had some brilliant deals on TFTS, their prices go up and down alot so keep looking.
They had a digimate 19 inch TFT with DVI input and a 16ms responce time for £160 which included VAT.
They also do a dead pixel check for £20 so you get a perfect monitor

Haha, and you people always protest when I tell you Ebuyer suck.
Saying that, the order still hasnt been processed. Wtf are they playing at. I bet they've probably realised they dont actually have the B version at all :(
