It does matter how they play though...

Wigan lost but they will get as much confidence from this as West Ham did.

Chelsea will start to think "ah errr"

Although it doesn't really matter how they play just as long as at the end of the game they've got the win.

Chelsea do seem to have to knack of scoring near ends of matches. Hernan Crespo has a point to prove to the fans and manager and he should get a starting place in there next match. Bet S.W.P and cole will soon get unhappy if they are always the half time sub and robben and duff will want to play a full match

Chelsea i hopw will find it hard

They played similarly the start of last season. They just need to settle.

Wigan had a couple of decent chances at the end there too. That Swedish player should have taken a touch with the second one, and hit the first one first time - but it's easier to say that after the event.

De Zeeuw played well, and I reckon Portsmouth may soon realise they've made a big mistake.

So they played the long ball... thats football. It doesnt matter how you win. If thats how they had to get through, then there you go. Its not like they played it EVERY time.

Again, id agree... theyre the defending champs, everyone wants to beat them and since every team is stronger, they'll be wanting to prove thier worth. So yeah, obviously.

We'll see.
