To ride a tiny little scooter, that's you're almost too big to sit on, up and down the street, going nowhere, that makes 10x more noise proportionally than it should, given it's size? AT 10AM ON A SUNDAY???

Everytime I go up the park to walk my dog, there's always at least 1 chav on one of those stupid bikes. Next time one passes, I'm gonna stick out my arm and closeline the fecker. I'll just say I've got a random spasm in my arm, so it's not my fault.
