To ride a tiny little scooter, that's you're almost too big to sit on, up and down the street, going nowhere, that makes 10x more noise proportionally than it should, given it's size? AT 10AM ON A SUNDAY???

Or at 11-12PM on a MONDAY-FRIDAY night?

Heh, exactly the same round here aswell. Always Sunday morning and always every night.

They were doing it again this morning? Wow didnt hear it. Thankfully was asleep..

One of them tried to run me down. His names Danny. And hes fat. So i knocked him off. He made me so angry. The little fatty.
