I have a Clio and I can tame that beast.

That's pretty much what my paretns said to me.
I think my dad's still a bit upset about it though - his dad died in a car crash when he was 3.

I did the same with my fathers pride and joy. After a shouting at, he came to his senses, and said "Metal cam be replaced, at least you weren't hurt" (He was in a huge car accident when I was 2 yers old)
