Liverpool vs. Olypiakos on Five. Who normally presents Five's football coverage? The uterly useless John Barnes of course, but to my pleasant surprise he's not there. I'm not actually sure who the new bloke is but I recognise his voice from somewhere and he's better than John, not that that's saying much.
At the start of the programme he said, "Life's full of surprises, your TV guide will have said that tonights programme would be presented by John Barnes but he's not here, I am." They didn't say he's ill, they didn't say he had other commitments, just that he wasn't there. Hopefully because he's been fired.
