All you can do is think of that person and nothing else in life seems to matter. School/Uni work may begin to slip, you are like a stranger at work and all you can think about is the next time you see him/her.
It is ridiculous, over the top and painful.
The good news is once you've had one of these "loved up" relationships you don't tend to get one quite so bad again. You tend to grasp a more sensible notion of what is going on. Learning from your mistakes so to speak...
Or maybe it is just I haven't fallen in love since...
Meh, who cares.

I can't believe my eyes. You're just a big softie really, aren't you?
How do you know when you're in love? When the other person tells you that they may not really love you and that they just said it because they thought they oughta...the feeling of your heart igniting and burning your innards out so you then collapse into yourself. That's a feeling of true love.
But Monkey was also quite astute. Being able to give someone a love-juice face-mask and then roll over to go to sleep to the words of "that was lovely, dear".
Love, it's a sticky subject.
