I finally got it out, after being away etc etc.

Yum. It really is cracking. I have several games I need to finish;

Metal Arms - fantastic, why I didn't play this much before I have no idea.
Tales of Symphonia - fantastic, although as an RPG I am lost because I have no idea where to go. I am in the Seaside resort in Teth'alla or whatever the other world is called, and I have done some research about...zircon? and got some from Sybak Facility. Geeks, tell me where I need to go!
Pikmin 2 - fantastic, genius, amazing and horribly sad when I massacre the Pikmin
Metroid Prime 2 - That boost ball boss sucks. Still. I luvs it though.
Freedom Fighters - Second time I've had it, but it rocks

and then I've revisited Twin Snakes (yum), Resi 4 (yumyum) and Zelda (yum). And Mario Sunshine shall be re-completed soon. And Timesplitters 2 got an airing, if only for a few minutes.

So, no new games. But the fact is I haven't played the Cube for about 2 months, what with being away etc, and some games a lot more than that, due to completing them etc. Yay for the Cube, it really is great.

Resi 4 still makes me weep with joy.

i was impressed with hl2, but if dont get hl2 death match, or counter strike source, then i wouldnt see the point in it for xbox, especially as i found it sort of short

Not fussed about HL2, the gameplay looks very standard for a PC shooter ("oh look we can move things!" Sorry already played PSi-Ops and Second Sight, but thanks for trying) and of course there's no multiplayer which isn't great.

Aw, Rainbow Six 4 looks absolutely amazing. And let's hope Far Cry is actually going to be released.

Oh, and Half Life 2 (however rumour has it that they stopped developing it for the Xbox, despite it being available to pre-order).

Oh god, I just totally forgot that I was in a Nintendo forum! :p

Yeah, for the Gamecube I suppose it's a fair attempt for a multiplayer game in terms of an action game. However, now compared to the Xbox, shooters on the Gamecube just seem really sub standard and unfinished. Now lets hope all the best for Geist - it does look quite promising.

On the Cube the multiplayer's probably the nearest thing people have to Halo.

Yeah, Metal Arms is pretty good (I picked it up in HMV for £5), however it's either me just being plain crap at the game but its too darn hard! The multiplayer is a bit poo aswell, but overall it surprised me. Just like Scrapland - now that is a superb game :D

Live is too much fun so I still haven't bought the required memory card for my Cube.

Came back to Metal Arms a few weeks back and did a few more missions/levels. Good stuff.
