I finally got it out, after being away etc etc.

Yum. It really is cracking. I have several games I need to finish;

Metal Arms - fantastic, why I didn't play this much before I have no idea.
Tales of Symphonia - fantastic, although as an RPG I am lost because I have no idea where to go. I am in the Seaside resort in Teth'alla or whatever the other world is called, and I have done some research about...zircon? and got some from Sybak Facility. Geeks, tell me where I need to go!
Pikmin 2 - fantastic, genius, amazing and horribly sad when I massacre the Pikmin
Metroid Prime 2 - That boost ball boss sucks. Still. I luvs it though.
Freedom Fighters - Second time I've had it, but it rocks

and then I've revisited Twin Snakes (yum), Resi 4 (yumyum) and Zelda (yum). And Mario Sunshine shall be re-completed soon. And Timesplitters 2 got an airing, if only for a few minutes.

So, no new games. But the fact is I haven't played the Cube for about 2 months, what with being away etc, and some games a lot more than that, due to completing them etc. Yay for the Cube, it really is great.

Resi 4 still makes me weep with joy.

GAME are extortionate.

I check pre-owned games at Blockbuster before I even think about going to GAME. The staff look at me funny because I can't help but laugh at their prices.

They still try and sell Driv3r for something like £21.

Then again GS will have a few games at 39.99 when they've been £10 in other shops since november!

Searching on the Gamestation website reveals that only XIII would be cheaper than if I'd bought it new, and even then only about £3 difference.

I've only spent that much all at once because I've got Euros left from my trip, and I'm using them up by swapping them with my dad for real money for when he goes off to Italy.

I could, probably, pick those up if I searched for many many days through many different shops. There is one gamestation in any proximity to me and it doesn't have any/many preowned titles. I've never seen any of those games in one of the GAMEs that I can get to, and anyway they'd still be around £15 a time in GAME.

My thoughts exactly.

Are those brand new?

I'm betting you could pick all of those up 2nd hand in Gamestation for about £30 maximum.

YaY. BG&E and XIII are excellent. There really should be sequels for both.

Well I just ordered Spiderman 2, BG&E, Metal Arms and XIII for the princely sum of £62.45. Now I can strike those of my list.

But, with Killer 7 and Tiger Woods at my disposal, I have no idea when I'll play them, especially seeing as I'm going on holiday on monday :s

Yeah I'm tihnking about getting BG&E and Crimson Seas. Get Def Jam and XIII but I'd wait a few months and get Worms 4 because it's much much better than Worms 3D.

I have PM2 but have yet to play it.

Yeah I didn't expect to see Source come with HL2 mainly because we already had CS on Xbox and they're probably going to wait and release Source on the 360.

On the 360 Source won't look that special but then the original CS on Xbox was never going to challenge the better looking FPS's on the console graphics-wise.

Bit short eh? Does it have difficulty settings?
