I really am not to sure, when we find a game we love, these games only come once every few years, but I really couldn't say which was my best game comparing Secret Of Mana and Zelda Ocarina of Time, thinking about it I played and received the same levels of enjoyment from both games, hell if I was to go with one it would denfinetely be the Snes Classic because with a multitap and a couple of friends 'nothing' beats it for gameplay and lastibility.
Therefore I really can't see us being that much more amazed in the games we play in the future, sure they can have superb graphics, because they will always get better, but for all other aspects of the game I can't see me enjoying anything in the future more than the old classics first time around.
Games in the future better be worth the wait, its been a long time (CBFD the exception) since I was trying to pick my mouth of the floor when playing a game, nothing in the past twelve months has impressed me that much... and I hope something does in the future, because I have waited long enough!
Thanks

Therefore, games can always get better with new storage mediums. Imagine: SSX with 200+ tracks!!!!!!! HEAVEN!!!!!!!!
It seems that it may take a couple of years, before another great/amazing game is released, but it may be to late for me or you, because that will be when someone like us (even one of us) is making this game.
Think about it in the future, we won't be able to play computer games as much as we do, we will be working hard to keep an honest lifestyle. And this is what the gaming companies don't realise, the people who are keeping them alive won't be around forever.
So what i'm trying to say is that we need these games now not 10 years or so in the future.
As er-no said, i have waited at least 12 months for a great game to be released (and i mean a great game), but there is nothing. Ok, ok Conkers Bad fur day, an original title full of toilet humour and movie spoofs, but still a sense of Déja-vu, oh yeah, and what really is it's lastability rating?? All i can say is that it is good for a laugh.
What about Final Fantasy IX?? you ask. Well yes this is another top title, but isn't there a sense of Final Fantasy 7 & 8 in there somewhere.
As it seems, games now a days just aren't getting better, well in a matter of fact the are slowly deteriorating, with the matter of one or two good games every six months or so.
