its stupid really because i seem to have tried everything.
I start my xbox up and it goes through trouble shooting it says that he cables are connected but when it gets to IP/ISP or something like that it does not succeed in doing it.it comes up with some help but i dont understand it.
Could someone please help me out.

Tried using them from the ipconfig command again?

it started to do it but it came up with network error this time which was diferent than before so brb people going to turn off my modem.

Funny, sounds a bit like what I wrote.
Of course, the cheaper long term version is to buy a router that has NAt so it fools the connection into having only the one IP. You can buy routers from most electronic shops, here on SR and other online web sites for quite cheap (£25-£35)
