Completely forgot about this until today, so I decided to search IGN to see if there were any articles I hadn't seen about it. From that, it sounds a little like Deus Ex, only different.

Shame we'll probably never see it on a Nintendo console (I still can't believe how stupid Nintendo were to let SK go).

At least there's a chance it could pop up in an upcoming E3 for the XBox or something.

Not for Nintendo fans but for the respective companies...

I was only saying that they didn't exactly end on bad terms.

Also why do you care, you get the games anyway.

Eternal Darkness shifted not even 1 third the units of Resident Evil.

How did I know you'd say that? :-)

Like Mav said, a few of my mates got Cube's because of Eternal Darkness. If it was marketed it would have shifted units.

Funnily enough, my friend got a GameCube because of Eternal Darkness.

Dennis Dyack is a massive Nintendo fan and their break up from Nintendo was amicable, Dyack wasn't making as much money as he'd like from Nintendo and Nintendo weren't shifting many consoles with their games. It was a good idea to split, and I'm almost 100% sure we'll see Too Human and any other SK games on Nintendo systems.

And Geist looks excellent.

What's to say it won't appear on GameCube?

Maybe N5.

We could still see it on a Nintendo console. All SK did was break their exclusivity to Nintendo.. not all dealings with Nintendo, ever. They've said they're not making any more games for this generation. My thoughts are that we'll see this for all three next-gen platforms in a couple of years. After all Nintendo have done for SK (make them widely known and respected, given them the chance to work with Hideo Kojima etc.) I don't think they'd desert Ninty that quickly.

I thought it looked like a puzzle-FPS myself. The action looked quite stale really, and the emphasis was on seemingly scripted puzzles.

Hopefully there'll be greater choice than there looks at the moment.

Looks like Second Sight + Metroid.

Extremely iffy.

I was quite looking forward to it until I saw that video at E3. Looks so painfully linear.

There's hope for it yet (especially seeing as it's been delayed until next year), but I suppose we'll have to wait and see.
