"Guild Wars...This Weekend"

Those of you that have been on this forum for a while might remember a thread I did a while back on the MMORPG Guild Wars. Yes, it's the first MMORPG to have NO MONTHLY FEES. That got me interested straight away but now, the game will be available to play throughout the weekend in a World Preview, where the most of the world will be able to connect and play the game throughout the weekend. Gamespy have put up a download for the game client along with every other bit of information that's known about this game:

I downloaded the game client, which I then opened and had to download loads of files but it was only 9MB in the end. You have to sign up for an account and it took me about 1 minute to do it. So if any of you download it, post on here and maybe we can play together.

What do dye's do? and I'll probably have another go if I can later, a pity it's only a weekend preview, as I've really enjoyed it. Definately going on my "To Buy" list.

Oh, and you can use dyes on your weapons and shields etc as well as clothes.

Aha, yeah.
I spent some time running around with no clothes, and laughing/roaring/kneeling in front of random people etc.

I found out that you can unequip your clothes.

Well I just came off Guild Wars, it was probably my last go on the preview. School starts tommorow :( So I won't be able to play anymore. So guys, what were your impressions of the preview? Was it good enough to get you to buy the full version?

I was already dead then, laughing at you, then when you died and i was ressed you started laughing at me lol

Poor guys.

Azul..... you shouldnt have left during that mission, you missed one of the funniest things ive seen in the game, We all died exept for 1 guy, i told him not to res me because well i couldnt res other people, he then reses me right under the bad guys, i die again and all you can see is Cyclone laughing his head off all over the screen.

Obviously we all died but it was very very funny.

No worries, you didn't miss much anyway, the mission was quite dull and fairly easy. Seemed more for those who'd want to go at it alone.
