Those of you that have been on this forum for a while might remember a thread I did a while back on the MMORPG Guild Wars. Yes, it's the first MMORPG to have NO MONTHLY FEES. That got me interested straight away but now, the game will be available to play throughout the weekend in a World Preview, where the most of the world will be able to connect and play the game throughout the weekend. Gamespy have put up a download for the game client along with every other bit of information that's known about this game:

I downloaded the game client, which I then opened and had to download loads of files but it was only 9MB in the end. You have to sign up for an account and it took me about 1 minute to do it. So if any of you download it, post on here and maybe we can play together.

In the full version, there are supposed to be thousands of weapons/armor ect and also diferent species, so not all human which will be pretty cool.

I'm hoping that the reason there wheren't many powerful weapons in the game was because it was only a preview, the bow I had could only get aroun 11 - 15 damage, depending on the creature I was attacking.

Still a brilliant game though, pity it's over until the final release though, it's about four months away.
