I messed that bit up, what i meant was if theyre shaking but have a fever you can cover the up but you're not supposed to if they start sweating.

Getting kids out of a mood is a long process that takes time. They usually go into a mood or sulk to get attention, so ensuring they don't get attention is the best way.
Eating Greens? Just don't give them a choice, it's greens or nothing. If it's really bad, you can make them more fun by mixing them with other things, such as basting them in breadcrumbs and grilling them...
Well, there's a bottle in the medicine cupboard that must have been there for about 10 years and never seems to run out.
