I completely agree, I find it totally outrageous that a £30 computer game isn't capable of creating a world where everything is exactly as it is in real life. When you're arrested I think it's a stupid idea to let you carry on playing as this is not real. The game should put you in a prison cell and not let you carry on playing or reload a save game that would be much better and more realistic. The police are stupid they shouldn't act like they are in a computer game they should all act like real people with life-like intelligence you shouldn't even be able to tell its a game.

You can't get on the trams and most the basketball courts in Los Santos have balls on them that you can pick up and then play with. For example the court next to Sweets house has one, but you can't play the proper mini game on it.
There's a bug in the game that allows you to go back though, you'd have to look on Gamefaqs to find out how it works though.
