One more thing, for some reason this game reminds me of the Friday films, especially the first one. Plus two people from the Friday films star in this game; Faizon Love (Sweet) and Clifton Powell (Ryder) and DJ Pooh was involved in creating the soundtrack, he also helped write the Friday films.
I'm off to play it now, I'll try to unlock at least one other city tonight. But not before I modify my Infernus, I just found a mod garage before I switched the game off.
The hookers make noises now.

No you can't remove the four star rating. The cheat doesn't remove the stars because if you listened to that dirty copper at the beginning, he tells you not to leave town. So I'm asuming he needs to be 'delt with' first.
