I remember someone likening them to The Smiths who I hate, so although I had Up the Bracket on my iPod, I didn't listen to it. You'd be shocked if you actually knew me, because I hardly ever go by other peoples opinions or reviews.
I've subsequently listened through Up the Bracket about 8 times since last night. Plus Narcissist and Don't Look Back Into the Sun.
Stupid, stupid me.
I liked Babyshambles a bit too.
Now to go forth and buy Up the Bracket.
Second is rubbish
Me and matteh shall bumrape you by moonlight.
Just about every one of my mates loves them, so I hear their songs all the time, but I can't think of a better word to describe them than "average"
Most of there songs have lovely happy feeling music, but the lyrics have quite a few negative patches. I like the contrast.
Time for Heroes and Boys in the Band pwn on bracket. Although the whole things good. Hard to flaw a single song, except maybe Horror Show.

Got all those on iPod or disk.
That Bugle song is brilliant.
I also like Doherty's solo stuff from when he was high.
