The considering is the again part, you see? No? Damn.
Anyway, does anyone know of some serious compatibility issues I have to know before taking this on.
Like between HDD and motherboard or something?
I know that the processor has to fit the mobo and that's about it.
:)
*******
Also, would it be possible to build a Windows Media Centre computer?

Exactly.
Apart from the HDD I'm salvaging from an old comp (still only about 40-80GB) I won't need that much space.
I'm not a big video guy. The biggest consumer would be 2 or 3 games at a time, plus XP and my music. Music in both forms, stuff I've got from my CDs and the stuff I make.
I just wanted a rapid HDD for Windows and a couple of the things above.

Same here, my PC purchases came without fault.
Although I've only used them twice.
It seems to happen in a lot of companies these days.

Well, it's not necessarily silly. It all depends on what he actually wants.
The Raptor will be faster, so if he doesn't need a lot of capacity and wants fast loading times or whatever, it's probably the better buy.

A motherboard I bought from them failed. I tried to contact them - no phoneline, no emails, just that eNotes nonsense. So, I send an 'eNote' explaining the situation. 3 weeks later, I still have no reply. I send another. No reply. Send an eNote complaining about the poor quality service as well as reiterating my situation...I get a reply another fortnight later. Basically, it was almost 2 months before I heard anything from them and they took so long I just went ahead and bought a replacement myself from elsewhere.
"Great".
A few years back my friend ordered a GF4 Ti4600 from them and they sent an MX460 as well. They're a complete joke.

Yes I'm well aware of their rubbish customer service thanks, I was merely pointing out the fact that buying a 40gb SATA hard drive for £70 was a bit silly when you could buy a 200gb for less or the same money.
I only went to Ebuyer as it was the quickest to look at seeing as I had their webpage open already.

Like the other week when I returned a TFT I didn't want?
They gave me a full refund plus the £19 it cost me to send it back to them.
Because a 200GB 7200RPM SATA hard drive is actually £7 less.
edit: haha, never mind me!
200GBs are £70 in general, not just on ebuyer, who have the worst customer service IN THE WORLD.
