How long have you all been using the internet?

I have for about 3 months.

I must have first witnessed the internet on a BBC Micro at school, about 12 years ago or more. It was basic and not at all like this. I actually got an internet account myself about 5 years ago now, after convincing my wife (then my girlfriend) that it wasn't going to rack up the phonebill and that stretching a long white wire across the room was a good plan....it worked for a while!

Just coming up to three years!!

I have for about a year and a half.

ive been on it for a year almost . im on with freeserve but i used to be on with aol but that was crap

for about 4 years allthough at home for about 3 years, i used it mainly for porn at first but then i found out you could look at baths on here and since then it has been baths baths baths

I've had internet access for about 1.75 years....

Ive been using the internet since 1993...

I used to connect through Compuserve.. costing me 19.99 a month for Compuserve membership, Local Call rate, Line rental and 2.50 an hour to use connect through to the net...

And people compain about prices today! :)

Although I used to have on/off access to the net before hand when Janet was still going strong...

Though mainly connecting direct to BBS's before 1993

I have been using the Internet since about late 1997.

It is quite fun...but tedious at times....

I've been using the internet since early 1997. A little room above an art shop that had about 4 PCs in it.
