Look at your in game map. In the lower left hand corner you'll see Los Santos airport. This place is surrounded by high barbed wire fences, except for one section. Its a brick wall along the north edge. Simply park your car right next to the wall. Jump on the roof of the car then jump over the wall. Inside the airport is a Dodo and a Jet.
Be warned though, if you fly near the locked islands (the Las Venturas and San Fierro areas) a fighter jet will come and shoot you down.
I just headed towards the Sherman dam and jumped out into the water. Swam to shore grabbed a truck and headed for the nearest pay and spray.
But guess what? It doesn't even erase your wanted level!!! Damn
Be warned though, if you fly near the locked islands (the Las Venturas and San Fierro areas) a fighter jet will come and shoot you down.

Got the plane and flew north, crossed the border and could hear a jet coming from behind. Looked behind me and saw two missiles heading towards me! rofl
Aimed for the ground and jumped out just before I hit... Ran for my life and just went on a mad chase around the island... Finally getting wasted not long later!
Im sure I got that on vid somewhere as Im recording through my PC as I play, capturing some phat a$$ jumps.

It's great fun, I got blasted down and managed to skid the plane down and get out, then nicked a Sanchez for some high-speed mountain-flying chases.

It took me a moment to realise that you use the shoulder buttons to steer, it feels a bit wierd at first but you get used to it.
use R2 AND L2 to help steer.
