"Best Playstation Game Ever"

What do you think the best playstation 1 or Playstation 2 game is
My opinion for the PS1 is Diablo 1 (that was brill)
I think for the PS2 it has to be Gran Turismo 4 for me coz i'm a fan of it (however still no damage)
What is your opinion?

PSone - Final Fantasy VII/VIII and Metal Gear Solid
PS2 - Killzone, Burnout 3, GTA series, Ratchet and Clank trilogy

PS1 - Final fantasy 7
PS2 - Burnout 3

I think it's great because it was a simple game to play yet so enjoyable with all the different weapons and items you could get.

there hav been loads 4 the psi but it has to be either Worms armeggedon or Command and conqour

for the PS2 it is ratchet and clank cos u can destroy eveything and both the sequels kept that little bit of character that stands them out from the rest

Hmmm. I'll have to think about PS1.

Whenever I'm thinking of getting a new game I look for the latest iteration of this kind of topic, plus the answers often change or they get replied to by different people, so they come in quite handy sometimes.

Plus I found it interesting that Jam Dodger thought Diablo 1 was the best PS1 game.

PS1 - THPS 2
PS2 - Burnout 3 (Until Burnout 4 anyway)

ps 1= duke nukem a time to kill
ps 2=killzone or star wars 3
