Well, I nearly killed Ralph. Was moving his cage to clean it, and the bottom fell off and squished him. Luckily he sensed the danger and scarpered, but it just clipped his back. It's a big cage too - 3 x 1.5 foot. And it unclipped itself from quite high. Quite amazed that he survived, but he's absolutely fine - except he's been sulking for the last few days because of it.

He was quite grumpy before, but he was getting used to us, and he'd come and sit next to us, even turning his back or lying as flat as he could get (a sign of complete trust, apparently). But now he won't come near me. Worse still, I can't get him out his cage today (he's normally out 9am - midnight, later than most of you!) because someone is coming round to install Sky Digital and he'd probably bite their neck off.

Combine that with us reducing his food because he's quite the tubster, and he must think that we hate him.

Did you pay to have it put down?

If so you should have just given it to some French people.

I don't really hate him, I was just trying to sound hard. He actually sounds quite a nice little fellow, not like our former giant beast of a rabbit who just growled whenever i came near, even if it was to give her food!

She was put down on Sunday though ;' {!
