Should be OK really. Depends on what speed you go for. My 512 connection just about copes, but Tiscali have introduced caps on most of the services now. Tho' as I'm an existing customer I managed to avoid them...
I'd recommend them all day long.

Try this tweak test, and also see the "tools" links on the left.

Tiscali's speed monitoring software says mine connects at 2.2MPS, but I dont get that speed.
thats what maybe changed my ping a little
